Our restaurant consists of a single spacious room. This provides the perfect setting for the celebratory meal: the entire wedding party is together. There is no separation, no side rooms, everyone feels as if they're at one table. The atmosphere is warm and inviting: fireplace, bar, music and a flexible table layout that adapts to your wishes. Of course the room also offers enough space for the party after the wedding meal.
Together with you we create an individual, seasonal wedding menu. Vegetarian and vegan options are of course possible if we plan quantities in advance.
We are happy to put together an appropriate dessert buffet for you. Your wedding cake can be professionally chilled and stored with us so that it shines in all its glory when served.
The Sihl and its surroundings offer beautiful backdrops for your wedding photos. This allows you to take unforgettable photos nearby without leaving your wedding party alone for too long.

It's best to contact us directly by e‑mail, ideally with the desired date. We will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know whether the Sihlsteg is still available for you.
You are welcome to bring your own personalized decorations for your wedding. If you'd like to hand over a bit of the mental load to us, we can plan a simple and stylish decoration for you.
Working with external caterers is not possible with us. We make an exception only for wedding cakes.
The Sihlsteg restaurant is easily accessible by public transport. We are only about a three‑minute walk from Langnau‑Gattikon station. From Zurich you can reach us in about 20 minutes by car.
In the immediate vicinity of the Sihlsteg, just after the Bacher Garden Center, is the (paid) Spinnerei parking garage, which is open around the clock.
